Our Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistants provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living to our patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Therapist.

Home Health Aide provide:

	Personal care to our patients under the supervision of a Nurse
	Assist with bathing, personal hygiene
	Prepare and serve meals
	Light housekeeping, change linens
	Pick up groceries and medications for patients at local grocery stores or pharmacy
	Assist with ADLs
	Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning
	Assist with self administration of medications
